Jets now strike buildings
Jets can now bomb cities, train stations and monuments. A city loses levels, but never drops below level 1.
Defense posts and flak emplacements are hit first and protect everything within 5 hexes.
Pacts, ceasefires and teammates are safe.
If a monument falls, its donation is gone; the attacker takes 25 %.

Resource buildings without spacing
Farms, sawmills, quarries, mines and oil rigs can now sit right next to each other, and next to cities or train stations.
All other buildings still need one hex of space between them.
